New
Appointments in your practice's time zone, cancel with Undo
MyDosha
The calendar, the dashboard clock and the day boundaries now use your practice's time zone instead of the device's. Cancel and No-show open a short confirmation with an optional reason and a preview of the email the patient would get, and an Undo bar puts the appointment back without emailing anyone.
New
Appointment reminders you can edit
MyDosha
Set how many hours before an appointment the reminder goes out (2 to 48), and write your own subject and opening line under Account & Settings → Communication → Patient Emails → Appointment Reminder, with a preview. Leave them empty to keep the built-in text. Each appointment shows whether its reminder was sent.
Improved
Change a patient's language
MyDosha
When you edit a patient's details you can now change their language, just as when you add them. Questionnaire invitations, appointment confirmations, message notices and follow-up reminders use the patient's language first, then your practice's.
Improved
Finance exports net credit notes
MyDosha
The headline figure is now “Invoiced this year (net)”: issued invoices minus issued credit notes, per currency, with voided invoices and drafts left out. Exports get one monthly sheet per currency, a VAT-by-rate sheet and a first sheet with your practice details and VAT ID. You choose the period in a picker instead of typing a year.
Improved
Questionnaire import understands more
MyDosha
When you import a questionnaire from Word or PDF, choices become options, 1 to 10 scales keep their range, dates and numbers get the right field type, headings become sections, and signature or office-use lines are left out. Name, date of birth and main complaint are required and fill the patient record.
Improved
Patient portal links open once
MyDosha
Each link you send to a patient's portal or journal now opens once and then stays signed in on that browser. Opened again elsewhere, it asks the patient to sign in. If a sign-in email cannot be sent, the page says so instead of "check your inbox". The portal also says plainly what patients see there: the care plan, messages and documents you share.
Improved
Clearer first steps
MyDosha
An online appointment now tells you whether the video link goes out by email. The dashboard and calendar say when online booking is off because no working hours are set, with a button to set them. Demo patients carry a Demo badge, and the tour ends with a single Finish.
Improved
Record retention follows your country
MyDosha
A new practice in the Netherlands starts with 20 years of record retention and one in Germany with 10. In other countries the period starts empty and Settings asks you to set your own. Existing practices keep the setting they have.
Fixed
Works better on a phone
MyDosha
On a phone the new-appointment form is one column, so Save and the time picker stay on screen, and the patient overview no longer keeps its desktop columns. In the patient intake, checkboxes and links are easier to tap.
2 November 2026
New
Your own intake questionnaires
MyDosha
Under Settings → Forms, upload your questionnaire as a Word document or a PDF with selectable text. It becomes an editable form that you review, preview and publish when it is ready. When you add a patient, choose the standard MyDosha intake or your own questionnaire. You can fill it in together with the patient, and each reviewed version is kept in the Timeline.
New
Front desk and therapist seats
MyDosha
Team roles now decide what each seat sees. The front desk works with contact details and the calendar, without clinical notes, photos or the dossier. A therapist seat sees only the patients of its own sessions, with the therapy part of the plan and its session notes. Your private notes are visible only to you and the practice owner. If the front desk changes a patient's email, the patient portal pauses for 24 hours and the old address gets a short notice.
New
Export one patient's data
MyDosha
On a patient record, Actions → Export this patient's data downloads a ZIP to hand to the patient: a readable record, the data as JSON and CSV, their files and clinical photos. Owners and practitioners can use it. Clinical photos are now in the practice export too.
Improved
Archive first, delete with a reason
MyDosha
Archived patients leave the patient list, search and Recents. You still reach them with the Archived filter and in the practice export. Deleting a patient for good stays with the practice owner and now asks for a reason, which is kept in the audit log.
New
Prescriptions in the patient portal
MyDosha
A signed prescription is saved as a PDF in the patient's portal, under Documents. By default the email only tells the patient there is something new in the portal, without medicine names or doses.
New
Package prices for panchakarma courses
MyDosha
When you book a panchakarma course, you can enter a package price. A saved package is billed in one step as a single line on a draft invoice, and the same package cannot be billed twice.
Improved
Structured exam fields
MyDosha
In the exam, record nadi (gati, rate, strength and the dosha you feel), shabda, agni, koshtha and bala by picking options. Dashavidha pariksha and a srotas exam are optional. Only what you enter is saved, and it shows on the visit in the Timeline.
Improved
Journal and vikriti trends
MyDosha
A patient's Timeline shows their journal scores for energy, digestion, sleep and mood over time, next to the vikriti you recorded at each visit. Practice Analytics adds visits per patient and plan status per month.
Improved
Invoices: payment dialog, currency asks first
MyDosha
Mark paid opens a dialog for the method, date and amount instead of browser prompts. Changing the currency on an invoice that has prices asks first, because the amounts are not converted. Credit-note totals now match the saved document to the cent.
New
Help centre with Getting started and FAQ
MyDosha
The help centre at mydosha.org/help opens with Getting started steps and has an FAQ. New guides cover intake, booking, invoices, team roles and more, and many link straight to the matching screen in the portal.
31 October 2026
New
Booking and calendar follow your practice time zone
MyDosha
Online booking and the calendar now show times in your practice's time zone. Patients who book themselves get a record, and they receive an email when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
Improved
Treatment plan: timing, duration and dose per medicine
MyDosha
In the treatment plan, enter when to take each medicine (sevana kala), for how long and the dose you decide. Pathya/apathya and a daily routine (dinacharya) can be written out in structured form.
Improved
Invoices with the right tax per country
MyDosha
Invoice tax follows the country you set, a 0% rate can carry its exemption basis, and German clinics can add their Steuernummer. The Invoices list can be filtered by practitioner.
Improved
Shared files, unread counts and visit comparison
MyDosha
Files you share are visible to the patient, and unread message counts show per patient. In the Timeline you can compare two visits side by side.
Improved
Dutch and German consent, per-patient intake language
MyDosha
Consent text appears in Dutch and German, and each patient's intake can be set to its own language. The team invitation page shows the practice, the role and who invited you.
Fixed
AI off means off, plus sign-in tweaks
MyDosha
Switching AI off in Settings now applies everywhere in the portal. Passwords need 12 characters, a lockout shows a countdown, and the dictation hint appears once per screen.
29 October 2026
Improved
Branded plans, patient portal and invoices
MyDosha
Treatment-plan sheets use a simpler layout in MyDosha portal colors, with your practice banner at the top and logo beside the sign-off. Issued plans keep their version and date while you prepare the next draft, and finishing a visit preserves the Timeline record. Patient forms and plan attachments are easier to find in the portal. Existing patient messaging, notifications, intake follow-up questions, booking invitations, German invoices and email layouts have also been improved.
Fixed
Anamnesis stays visible only once in Consult
MyDosha
The anamnesis template no longer repeats or leaves extra loading boxes when the Consult screen updates. Your entries, autosave and minimise/reopen control stay in place.
Improved
Minimise and reopen your anamnesis template
MyDosha
In Consult, click the anamnesis heading or arrow to collapse the whole template and reopen it when needed. Your entries stay in place, autosave continues, and the save status remains visible.
Improved
Tongue, hands and nails maps with photos on your notes
MyDosha
In Consult, mark findings on the tongue, hands and nails as well as the body. Attach photos to each private body note, add captions and keep them with the logged visit in the Timeline.
20 October 2026
New
Block several days at once
MyDosha
Going on holiday or away for a course? In the calendar, + New appointment → Block time now has “Several days”: pick the first and last day, the whole day or the same hours each day, and the whole period is blocked in one step. Appointments you already have in that period stay exactly where they are: the form lists them before you save, and the block is placed around them. Opening one of the blocks lets you remove the rest of the period in one go.
New
Two light themes
MyDosha
Jasmine (warm) and Moonstone (cool) are light from edge to edge, including the sidebar. Pick them under Account & Settings → Appearance. Text and buttons keep the same readable contrast as the other themes.
Fixed
Dutch wording in the calendar and intake
MyDosha
The Dutch portal no longer shows English in the calendar (blocked time, working hours, the appointment form and the agenda list), “patiënt” is spelled correctly everywhere, and an allergy answer reads “Niet bekend” instead of “Geen bekend”.
19 October 2026
New
Build your own first-visit anamnesis
MyDosha
Under Account & Settings → Forms → Consult templates you can now lay out your own first-visit anamnesis: your sections, your questions, in the order you work. It then appears at the top of the Consult tab for every patient, saves as you type, and stays with the patient across visits instead of being archived with each one. It is yours alone: patients never see it, nothing in it is scored or interpreted, and it is never sent to VEDA or any other AI feature. Change the template later and the answers already recorded are kept. It is included in your practice's own data export.
Improved
Intake information stays under Intake
MyDosha
Anything about a patient that has no field of its own now goes to “Other intake notes”, which shows under Intake and is part of the patient's own copy. Add patient has an Other intake notes box instead of a private Notes box, unmatched answers from an uploaded form and notes columns from a bulk import are added there too, and the answers of a questionnaire sent as the intake now show under Intake as well. Your private notes stay in the Consult tab and are never written by an intake screen.
18 October 2026
Fixed
Appointments follow your clinic's timezone
MyDosha
The appointment form, the schedule list and the day sheet now work in the timezone set under Account & Settings → Scheduling, not the timezone of the device you are using. A 10:00 slot is booked at 10:00 clinic time wherever you are signed in, and the form shows which timezone applies. The week grid still follows the device clock and says so when the two differ.
Fixed
Patient pages, booking emails and downloads, tidied up
MyDosha
Patient pages in Dutch, German and Portuguese no longer show English in the top banner, the journal link, the feedback button, the shared summary or the downloaded record page. The sharing consent screen now lists everything that would be sent. Booking emails show the time zone, no longer ask patients to reply to a no-reply address, and a patient who cancels from their link gets a cancellation email. The patient download names a retention basis that fits the practice's country and includes the patient's messages. AI summaries are told to describe only what the patient reported.
16 October 2026
New
Video consults inside MyDosha (rolling out)
MyDosha
Hold an appointment online without a separate video service. Mark an appointment, or a treatment type, as Online (video); at the time of the appointment press Start video, and the patient joins from a personal link in their browser, with no account or app. Sound and picture go encrypted end to end between the two browsers (through MyDosha's own relay server when a direct connection is not possible), and nothing is recorded. The call panel sits beside the patient record so you can keep notes. We are switching it on practice by practice; until it is on for yours, none of these controls appear.
13 October 2026
New
A body map in Consult
MyDosha
Consult now has a simple front and back figure. Click where your patient reports a complaint to add a numbered marker, then give it a short label, a type and an intensity from 0 to 10. Each visit keeps its own map, and past maps stay in the Timeline. It is your own record: it is not sent to VEDA or any other AI feature, and patients do not see it.
New
Send a new patient one of your own questionnaires as their intake
MyDosha
Under Add patient → Questionnaire, pick one of your forms and copy the link or email it to someone who is not a patient yet. They give their consent, their name and email, and answer your questions. Their record appears in your list with the answers exactly as written, and questions you link to a record field (phone, date of birth, medications and more) fill that field when it is still empty. Mark a form “Use for new patients” in Settings → Forms to offer it first.
Improved
Send one questionnaire, and send it again
MyDosha
In a patient's Communication tab, “Send a form” now lets you pick one of your active forms instead of sending all of them. The link opens only that form, the email names it, and the Forms tab shows which forms are still waiting for a reply. Send that form again and your patient can fill it in again, handy for a sleep or food diary.
New
Prices in your own currency, VAT included
MyDosha
Practices in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (CHF), the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey (GBP), the United States (USD), Sweden (SEK), Norway (NOK), and Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland (DKK) now see a fixed price in their own currency on the pricing page and under Account & Settings → Subscription. Everyone else sees euro. Every price includes any applicable VAT, and the Terms of Service (Article 4) now say so.
New
Company registration number on invoices
MyDosha
Under Account & Settings → Billing & Invoicing you can now enter your company registration number (KvK in the Netherlands, Handelsregister number in Germany). It is printed on every invoice beside your tax ID. Leave it empty and nothing changes.
12 October 2026
New
Online appointments with your own meeting link
MyDosha
Mark each appointment type as online or in the practice, choose which types each practitioner offers, and keep time ranges for certain types, for example Monday mornings for online appointments only. Save your own Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or similar link under Working hours: online bookings carry it into the patient’s confirmation, reminder and calendar file. Where your practice uses MyDosha’s built-in video, patients get the video link instead and your external link is not sent.
11 October 2026
New
GebüH invoices for Heilpraktiker in Germany
MyDosha
Practices that invoice in Germany can switch to GebüH invoices under Account & Settings → Billing & Invoicing: each service with its GebüH number and date, Auslagen apart, your diagnosis, and the § 4 Nr. 14 a UStG exemption. You keep your own numbers and prices.
New
Treatment plans in phases, with a printable intake schedule
MyDosha
Under What to take, “+ Add phase” splits a plan into phases with a start and a length in weeks. Give each line its phase, times of day, meals, titration and on/off days; the care plan PDF and email then print an intake schedule per phase. Plans without phases are unchanged.
10 October 2026
New
Automatic patient numbers
MyDosha
Switch on Account & Settings → Patient numbers and every new patient gets the next number, added by hand, through the intake or by import. Choose an optional prefix and the number to start from. Existing patients keep what they have.
New
Patient numbers in your patient list, and keyboard shortcuts
MyDosha
The patient list now shows each patient's number in its own column, and you can search and sort by it. Press / to find a patient, n to add one, g then l for the patient list or g then c for the calendar. They work on any keyboard, Mac or Windows. The dashboard lists them; press ? for all.
Fixed
Dispensed herbs now show on the patient's care plan
MyDosha
What you dispensed at the visit now appears in the Dispensed section of the care plan your patient opens in their portal, the same as on the printed sheet and the emailed care plan. If you untick Dispensed for the sheet, it stays off the portal too.
New
Patients accept your own contract or privacy statement at intake
MyDosha
Upload your own PDFs, such as a treatment agreement, privacy statement or terms, under Account & Settings → Your own consent clauses. New patients open them on the intake welcome screen and tick that they accept; the record keeps the exact version they accepted.
Improved
See where to choose your plan, from your portal and your emails
MyDosha
Account & Settings → Subscription is the one place to choose a plan. The dashboard, Cmd+K and your trial emails now link straight to it. Only the practice owner can choose or change the plan; other team members see the plans and who to ask.
9 October 2026
Fixed
Safer invoice corrections and complete year exports
MyDosha
An invoice with a recorded payment or a credit note can no longer be voided, and an invoice can no longer be credited for more than its total. A refund can only be marked for money that was actually paid. The yearly, monthly, bookkeeping and DATEV exports now include every invoice of a busy year, and an invoice number always carries the year of the invoice date. The paid cards on the Invoices page now show the money actually received.
Fixed
DATEV export: correct VAT per line and credit notes booked as reversals
MyDosha
The DATEV export now books each invoice line under its own VAT rate, and books credit notes as a reversal of the original sale.
8 October 2026
Improved
Patients confirm a code when they open their portal on a new device
MyDosha
The first time a patient opens a portal, journal or form link on a new browser, they are asked for a 6-digit code sent to the email on their record. A forwarded or leaked link no longer opens their information on someone else's device. Each browser is remembered for 30 days. Links you copy for a patient work the same way.
Fixed
Old patient portal links no longer work forever
MyDosha
Very old patient portal links that never expired now stop working. Patients who use one are asked to request a fresh sign-in link by email.
Fixed
‘Manage subscription’ opens Stripe’s secure billing page
MyDosha
Manage subscription takes you to Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can view your subscription and update your card. To change plan, email hello@mydosha.org. Note (23 October 2026): paid plans have been open for purchase since 21 October 2026.
Improved
Find any patient with Cmd/Ctrl+K, including by your own record code
MyDosha
Give each patient your own record code, for example the number from your previous system, when you add, edit or import them. Cmd/Ctrl+K now searches every patient you can see in your practice by name, email or record code, and Enter opens that patient.
5 October 2026
Improved
German copy reviewed by a native speaker
MyDosha
The German text across the portal, the patient intake and the emails has been reviewed by a native German speaker and corrected, always in the formal "Sie".
Fixed
A patient's erasure request reaches the clinic
MyDosha
When a patient asks for their data to be erased from the patient portal, the request now reaches the clinic and is answered, instead of getting lost.
Fixed
Assistant seats see Exam and Photos read-only
MyDosha
An assistant seat can open a patient's Exam and Photos tabs to read them, but can no longer change them, and cannot send a treatment plan to a patient.
Fixed
Changing a password only changes your own
MyDosha
Changing or resetting a password now affects only the seat that asked for it, and a reset replaces the owner's password everywhere in one step.
30 September 2026
Improved
Help now lives in Account & Settings
MyDosha
The Help group has moved into Account & Settings, so the main menu stays focused on your patients and your practice.
Improved
A calmer dashboard: three blocks and the verse of the day
MyDosha
The dashboard now has three blocks, with the verse in the day card, and work you have dealt with can be dismissed.
Fixed
Prints and downloads carry your clinic, not MyDosha
MyDosha
Every print and download now carries your clinic's name and details.
Fixed
Bulk stock import reads your columns or says why not
MyDosha
The inventory import either reads your columns correctly or refuses with a clear message, instead of importing misaligned data.
Fixed
PDF import keeps words together
MyDosha
Importing a PDF into the Reference Library no longer returns letter-spaced text.
6 September 2026
Fixed
Credit notes can be sent again
MyDosha
Fixed a bug that could block re-sending a credit note by email after the first attempt.
Fixed
Patient data export is a readable page, not raw data
MyDosha
When a patient exports their own data, they now get a clearly laid-out page instead of a raw data file.
Fixed
German now flows correctly end to end
MyDosha
Fixed several spots where German text was missing or fell back to English, from the intake chat through to invoicing.
Fixed
Self-booking now respects the room for each appointment type
MyDosha
Patients booking online are now placed in the correct treatment room for what they booked, and reminder emails no longer mention a room for self-booked visits.
5 September 2026
New
German added to the health journal
MyDosha
The daily journal is now available in German, alongside English and Dutch.
Improved
Inventory screens fully translated
MyDosha
Remaining English text in the inventory pop-ups and buttons now follows your chosen language.
Fixed
Small fixes across appointments, settings and invoicing
MyDosha
Appointment confirmation emails now show the right duration, the settings footer and floating button behave correctly, unsaved changes prompt before you navigate away, reopening a patient after a reload works reliably, and a typo in team invite emails was corrected.
4 September 2026
New
AI-assisted inventory import from a list, spreadsheet or PDF
MyDosha
Bulk-adding herbs and formulas is now easier: upload a prose list, spreadsheet, Word document or PDF and the assistant sorts it into a preview you check before importing.
New
Trust this browser for 30 days
MyDosha
Sign in from a browser you use often and choose to trust it — you won't be asked for an emailed code again on that browser for 30 days.
Improved
Appointment type sets duration and room automatically
MyDosha
Picking an appointment type from your treatment catalogue now fills in its duration and room, instead of leaving them for you to set by hand.
Improved
Text snippets now work in consultation and private notes
MyDosha
Your saved text snippets can now be expanded inside the consultation and private notes fields too, not just the care plan.
Improved
Portal tour covers every sidebar tab
MyDosha
The guided tour now walks through the sidebar top to bottom and describes what each tab does.
Fixed
Invoice emails and billing messages cleaned up
MyDosha
Invoice emails now render correctly in more email clients, billing examples match your clinic's country, and you'll see a clear explanation when online payment is unavailable instead of a generic error.
Fixed
Landing page navigation and footer fixed on smaller screens
MyDosha
Fixed the navigation menu crowding the logo, and the footer logo stretching out of shape, on the marketing pages.
Fixed
We only mention the languages we actually offer
MyDosha
Cleaned up remaining copy that referenced languages beyond English, Dutch and German, which aren't switched on yet.
2 September 2026
Improved
Clearer Library labels
MyDosha
The Library now says who each store is for. Patient advice holds the reusable blocks you insert into treatment plans; Your reference holds the documents only you search and quote, which patients never see. Same features, clearer names, in English, Dutch and German.
Added
Ask VEDA how the portal works
MyDosha
VEDA can now explain the portal itself. Ask what a tab, screen or setting does, where something lives, or what the AI does and does not do. This works in the patient file chat and in the sidebar assistant, in your own language.
30 August 2026
Fixed
Dutch and German landing pages render correctly
MyDosha
Fixed a formatting glitch that could affect the /nl/landing and /de/landing pages.
Fixed
Keyboard focus visible again on intake
MyDosha
Restored the visible focus outline when tabbing through intake form fields, for keyboard and accessibility users.
Fixed
Referral and billing details corrected
MyDosha
Fixed a bug where some referral rewards weren't triggering, limited the referral page to the languages it actually supports, standardized the public affiliate rate at 25%, and corrected billing for clinics in India to invoice in EUR. Correction (23 October 2026): the ambassador commission is 20%, not 25%.
Fixed
Formal German address in automated emails
MyDosha
German trial follow-up emails now consistently use the formal "Sie" address, matching the rest of the German portal experience.
Fixed
Trial banner's upgrade button now goes to checkout
MyDosha
The upgrade button on the trial banner now takes you straight to checkout instead of a dead end. Note (23 October 2026): paid plans have been open for purchase since 21 October 2026.
Improved
Clearer annual pricing
MyDosha
Annual plans now display at €490 / €1490, reflecting two months free, and the Practice plan's 5-seat limit is stated consistently wherever you see it.
Fixed
Care plan autosave no longer loses your latest edits
MyDosha
If an automatic save failed, your most recent changes to a care plan could be lost silently. They're now kept so you can retry the save.
29 August 2026
Improved
Dictation gets smarter about Ayurvedic terms
MyDosha
Dictated notes now automatically correct common transcription slips on Ayurvedic and Sanskrit terms, with a second pass to catch trickier ones.
New
Meet VEDA, and let it handle the admin
MyDosha
The in-portal assistant now goes by name, VEDA, everywhere. Ask it to find reference material, or let it prepare routine admin for you: a booking, a status change, a message or email, dispensing a herb, a draft invoice. Each one comes as a card you check and confirm. VEDA only ever suggests, you approve every action, and it stays out of clinical decisions.
27 August 2026
Improved
The care plan summary, tidier and complete on paper
MyDosha
The printable care plan summary now leads with the three things to start with, and prints in full instead of clipping to the top of the page. The empty signature lines are gone, spacing is evener, and there is a small dosha key on the print.
Fixed
Two small snags smoothed out
MyDosha
Inventory windows no longer close if you click just outside them, so an edit in progress is safe. And pasting a document into your advice library now splits it into separate cards far more reliably.
22 August 2026
New
Patient handouts, straight from the care plan
MyDosha
Generate a clean, printable handout for your patient directly from their care plan — herbs, diet, and lifestyle guidance in plain language, with the follow-up date and no clinical notes accidentally included.
Improved
Dispensing herbs is now one step
MyDosha
Dispense a herb straight from a patient's regimen line and the stock count updates automatically, with an estimated run-out date shown right on the row so you know when to reorder or follow up.
11 August 2026
New
Treatment rooms you can actually book
MyDosha
Rooms are now real resources with their own capacity, not just a label on the schedule. Two treatments can no longer land in the same single-occupancy room at the same time — whether booked in the portal or by a patient online — and shared rooms are counted against their capacity.
Improved
Clearer dictation, with who said what
MyDosha
Dictated consultation notes now separate the practitioner's words from the patient's within the same passage, instead of filing a whole passage under whoever spoke first. Audio is processed on European servers. High-accuracy dictation is part of the paid plans; free and expired trials fall back to the browser's own dictation.
5 August 2026
New
DATEV export for German clinics
MyDosha
German clinics can hand their bookkeeping straight to their Steuerberater: Account & Settings → Buchhaltung now offers a DATEV-format export of your invoices. Your accountant supplies the account numbers first — nothing is guessed. As with any new export, have them test-import one batch before relying on it.
New
Sapta dhātu in the exam, and in the care plan
MyDosha
The seven-tissue layer of the examination is now a one-click grid — depleted, balanced or increased, with an optional mild/moderate/marked qualifier and a plain-language legend, plus shortcuts to fill the rest as balanced or copy from the last visit. You can also choose, per patient, to carry those findings into the care plan, where they appear in the patient's own language on the emailed plan, the printed PDF and the patient portal.
29 July 2026
New
Add your own consent clauses to the intake
MyDosha
Clinics that need their own consent wording — a treatment consent, a cancellation policy — can add clauses under Account & Settings, and patients tick them during intake. Each record stores the exact wording the patient agreed to at the time, so later edits never rewrite an earlier consent. The mandatory privacy consent is unchanged.
Improved
Patients get a plain explanation of their doshas
MyDosha
The intake result and patient portal now briefly explain what Vata, Pitta and Kapha mean, instead of showing three Sanskrit words and a chart.
Fixed
You stay signed in while you work
MyDosha
Portal sessions now renew themselves automatically while you're active, so you're no longer signed out mid-task after a week. And if a session ever does expire, a sign-in prompt appears over your screen instead of replacing it — everything you were typing stays exactly where you left it.
Fixed
Intake assistant no longer misstates ages
MyDosha
The intake chat could echo an incorrect age back to a patient after they entered their date of birth. Stored records were always correct — ages are calculated on our servers — and the assistant now simply confirms the date without computing an age out loud.
22 July 2026
New
Veda now takes action in your portal (beta)
MyDosha
Open Veda from the ✦ sidebar button and ask in plain language: book, move or cancel appointments, draft invoices, adjust stock, message patients, change settings. Veda always proposes first — nothing happens until you confirm the card, and every action is audit-logged. Dictate your requests in English, Dutch, German or Danish with the new 🎙 button. Opt in under Account & Settings → AI features → Veda assistant (beta).
17 July 2026
New
See which practitioner each patient belongs to
MyDosha
Multi-practitioner clinics get a Practitioner column in the patient list, and patients you add are automatically assigned to you. The sidebar switcher is now labelled 'Acting as' — it selects who signs visits and invoices, and never filtered the list.
New
Private caseloads (optional)
MyDosha
A new owner-only setting under Account & Settings → Team: keep the shared practice view, or switch to private caseloads where each practitioner sees only their own patients plus the unassigned inbox. Enforced on the server, with the owner always seeing everything.
5 July 2026
New
A Starter plan for students and new practitioners
MyDosha
Introduced a Starter plan at €19/month with a 15-patient limit, making MyDosha affordable for students and practitioners just getting started.
New
Automatic follow-up reminders
MyDosha
When you set a follow-up date for a patient it now appears in your queue, and you can opt in to a reminder on the day so no follow-up slips through the cracks.
Improved
Meet Veda, your intake assistant
MyDosha
The AI that guides patients through intake and helps organise their answers is now called Veda throughout the app.
New
Editable clinic details and invoice banner
MyDosha
You can now edit your clinic's website, phone and contact email in Settings, and upload a banner image that appears at the top of your invoices.
2 July 2026
New
Patient document vault
MyDosha
Each patient now has a Documents tab where you can drag and drop files such as labs, referrals, imaging or consent forms, tag them by type, and generate care-plan and dossier PDFs with your practice branding.
New
Guided setup for new trials
MyDosha
New trial accounts now start with a short three-step wizard for contact details, practice info and branding, so your portal is ready to use right away.
Improved
Invoicing improvements
MyDosha
Invoices now support UK formatting and payment details, optional automatic reminders for overdue invoices, and clearer per-line VAT.
1 July 2026
New
Your own branded web address
MyDosha
Your practice can now have its own branded address (for example yourclinic.mydosha.org) for both the portal and the patient intake link, which you can pick when signing up.
Improved
A simpler patient workspace
MyDosha
Patient tabs are cleaner: a snapshot Overview, a single Consult tab for your clinical work, a Timeline showing the patient's journey and trends, and one Communication tab for all patient emails and messages. Saved changes now show a clear, timestamped confirmation.
30 June 2026
Improved
The portal now speaks Dutch
MyDosha
The practitioner portal is now fully translated into Dutch — dossiers, formulary, journal, scheduling and settings — for Dutch-speaking practices.
Improved
Richer patient journal
MyDosha
The daily patient journal now tracks the patient's own chief complaint over time and lets them flag specific symptoms, with more detailed digestion options, giving you a clearer picture between visits.
29 June 2026
New
Patients can book their own appointments
MyDosha
A new public booking page lets patients book, reschedule or cancel appointments themselves — choosing a specific practitioner or the first available slot — with automatic notifications to your clinic.
Improved
Redesigned scheduling
MyDosha
The agenda has a new visual day and week calendar with drag-to-reschedule, per-practitioner calendars, working hours and time off, and booking that respects your clinic's timezone.
Improved
A smoother intake for patients
MyDosha
Patient intake is more polished and resilient: press Enter to send, native date and number inputs, clearer error messages, and the questionnaire now always finishes even if the AI is briefly unavailable. Dutch wording was heavily refined.
27 June 2026
New
Insurer codes on invoices
MyDosha
You can now add a performance code (prestatiecode) to each invoice line, making it easier for patients to submit invoices to their insurer.
Improved
More reliable intake
MyDosha
A patient's intake is now saved the moment they begin, so a dropped connection or a closed tab no longer loses their answers.
25 June 2026
New
Team accounts for your practice
MyDosha
Invite colleagues to your portal with their own logins and roles (owner, practitioner or assistant). Assign patients to a practitioner, filter to 'My patients', and manage seats from Settings.
Improved
Safer note-taking
MyDosha
Exam and consultation notes now have a clear Save button with an unsaved-changes indicator and automatic draft recovery, so your notes are no longer lost when switching between patients or tabs.
Fixed
Browser Back no longer signs you out
MyDosha
Using your browser's Back button from Analytics, Inventory, Billing, Schedule, Settings or a patient now returns you to the dashboard instead of logging you out.
Fixed
Login codes arrive reliably
MyDosha
Fixed an issue where the email verification code could occasionally fail to send when signing in.
23 June 2026
Improved
Patient emails in more languages
MyDosha
Appointment and new-message emails to patients are now sent in Danish and German as well (previously English only), and a Dutch email subject display issue was fixed.
Fixed
Invoice and mobile menu fixes
MyDosha
Fixed a price field on the invoice form that couldn't be typed into, restored the tax row on invoices with per-line VAT, and improved the mobile menu so it's easier to tap and stays above the banner.
22 June 2026
New
Custom portal address & website link
MyDosha
Rename your clinic's portal web address from Settings (old links keep working), and add your clinic website so patients see a 'Visit clinic' button.
New
Search your reference library from the Plan tab
MyDosha
A docked 'Search your library' panel in the Plan tab lets you search cited passages from your own uploaded reference documents and insert or copy them straight into a treatment field.
21 June 2026
New
Personalised invoice banner
MyDosha
Upload a wide banner image that appears full-width across the top of every invoice — add it under Settings → Practice & Branding → Invoice Banner for a more personal, professional invoice.
Improved
Your clinic's brand across the portal
MyDosha
Your clinic logo (or chatbot avatar) now appears in the portal sidebar, on the patient intake welcome screen, and on the printed dossier — instead of the generic MyDosha mark.
Improved
Fully available in Dutch
MyDosha
The practitioner portal, the plans and emails sent to patients, and the AI-generated dossier are now fully available in Dutch (alongside English, German, Danish, Portuguese and French). Sanskrit terms are preserved.
Improved
Smarter, shorter intake
MyDosha
The intake now asks the patient's date of birth once (age is calculated automatically and correctly), the movement question accepts multiple answers, and you can set a time alongside the follow-up date.
Improved
Clearer care plans to patients
MyDosha
The care plan sent to the patient now shows what was dispensed (Verstrekt) rather than your private Aushadha notes, which stay practitioner-only.
Fixed
Patients list scrolling & Settings page
MyDosha
Fixed the Patients list not scrolling on some screens, and a Settings page that could occasionally fail to load.
19 June 2026
Improved
Patients page filters + fewer false 'slow load' warnings
MyDosha
The Patients page now has quick-filter chips including 'Needs attention' (dossier pending or follow-up due). Also fixed a false 'page is taking longer than usual' message that could linger on slower connections even after the portal had loaded.
New
Patients page
MyDosha
A dedicated Patients page: a sortable, searchable table of everyone in your care — dosha, status, chief complaint, last visit, follow-up and dossier status at a glance, with status filters and CSV export. Click any row to open the patient.
Fixed
Portal fixes
MyDosha
Moved the What's-new button so it no longer overlaps Sign out, kept the portal language from resetting when you save settings, clearer save feedback, and the GP note no longer shows in Ayurveda-only practices.
Improved
A better Agenda
MyDosha
The Agenda now has a week view, today's appointments on your dashboard, one-click actions on each appointment (mark done / no-show / open the patient), and 'add to calendar' — an .ics on confirmation & reminder emails plus a download per appointment for Google/Apple/Outlook.
18 June 2026
Improved
Dutch labels across new features
MyDosha
Scheduling, Documents, Messages and the progress summary are now fully localised in the Dutch portal — labels, placeholders and helper text.
New
Self-reported progress at a glance
MyDosha
The patient Overview now shows a progress summary from their journal — energy, digestion, sleep and mood trends (improving / steady / declining) plus care-plan adherence, so you can see how they're doing between consultations.
New
Secure patient messaging
MyDosha
Message patients directly from a new Messages tab — they're notified by email and reply from their portal, in a private two-way thread. (WhatsApp/SMS delivery coming next.)
New
Patient document vault
MyDosha
Attach lab reports, prior records, and other files (PDF, image, Word, up to 25 MB) to a patient from the new Documents tab. Stored privately and encrypted; never read by AI.
New
Appointment scheduling
MyDosha
A new Agenda view: book, reschedule, and track appointments, link them to a patient, send an email confirmation, and get automatic reminders the day before. Your Calendly link stays as an optional fallback.
12 June 2026
New
Reference Library
MyDosha
Upload your own protocols (PDF, Word, or text) and search them for cited excerpts you can drop straight into a care plan. Retrieval only — patient data is never mixed in.
New
Smarter patient intake
MyDosha
Patients can pick several answers at once (concerns, goals, diet, medication, allergies), and the flow now captures standard details like date of birth, profession, and height & weight. Enter adds a new line instead of skipping a question.
New
Full Dutch portal & patient experience
MyDosha
The entire practitioner portal and the patient portal are now available in Dutch, driven by each patient's stored language.
Improved
Invoicing: per-line VAT & numbering
MyDosha
Charge VAT per line (exempt a consultation while taxing herbs), show your clinic logo on the invoice, and set your own invoice numbering with an optional prefix.
Improved
Care-plan email in six languages
MyDosha
Send the care-plan summary in English, Dutch, German, Danish, French, or Portuguese, with a preview-before-send step.
New
Dossier: Dhatu section
MyDosha
The AI dossier reorganises the patient's self-report into dhatus you may wish to examine — always deferring to your physical examination, never asserting a tissue state.
